Great place to stay! We had 8 family members on our trip. When we had down time at the house, there was so much to do we didn’t feel the need to always be out and about. We had ages 10-70 in the home and everyone was entertained. Having 3 full bathrooms is a definite plus. We had the pool heated as an extra amenity and that kept everyone using it the whole trip both day and night. Derek is very responsive and a great host. If we come back, we will definitely be staying here! Very clean and a nice neighborhood.

This home was perfect for our large family. There were multiple places for the kids to hang out. The theater room, game room, and putting green were all big hits. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and everything needed for cooking. The neighborhood felt very safe, and there were plenty of dining options within a 10 minute drive. Derek was extremely responsive and friendly.

Derek is a great host ! The condo is comfortable and clean and just a short walk into Old Scottsdale. My friend and I come down for baseball spring training. This is the second year in a row we have stayed here. Hope to do it again next year !

Great location, really comfy beds, quiet with a nice view of the golf course. Would stay here again for sure . Everything was great except the 3 flights of stairs was hard on my aging dad but he survived !

Very nice condo with a large deck overlooking the golf course. Perfect location with a bike trail and walking trail just out the front door.. There was a desk and internet was great for working remotely if needed. Nothing

I was at Derek’s for 9 days due to treatment at the Mayo Clinic. The place was a short ride from the clinic. We found plenty of restaurants and local stores easily. We also enjoyed the walking trails behind his house since did quite. In addy my friend enjoyed the balcony where she was able to people watch and have her moments of meditation. I enjoyed the place because I was able to cook breakfast and enjoy several other meals due to Kitchen facilities. I also liked the laundry facilities inside the apartment since I bought a limited amount of clothes.

I lived for a month. Derek is a super host. Highly recommend. I had everything I needed, as if at home. And Derek is very responsive, there were no issues. 10 stars!

Loved every single day the views during the beautiful sunsets. Very well located with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, main highways.
Enjoyed daily walks at the park with very easy access.

Our stay was wonderful!!! It was close to all the restaurants and all the activities we wanted to do like the desert botanical garden. The Derek was extremely nice and helpful when we had questions. I would absolutely love to stay again!!
